WEAR RESISTANT CHAIN ASSEMBLIES WITH ONE, TWO, THREE OR MORE CHAIN ROUTES USE IN CHAIN CONVEYORS

TWO CHAINS ROUTE

for preparatory mining conveyors of chain’s lengths:
from 80 m to 200 m - 18x64 grade C or PW9,
from 40 m to 200 m - 18x64 grade PW9,
for short conveyors:
up to 40 m – 18x64 grade FAS-UT type or FAS-US type

Chain routes with two lengths for scraper preparatory mining conveyors are manufactured mainly in segments of the length 321 links = 20,544 meters with 18x64 chain of specially selected lengths and tolerances acc. to DIN 22252 and wear-resistant scrapers (23 sets) which are assembled with forged clamps and self-locking nuts. Chains are manufactured of the steel grade acc. to DIN 17115.

TWO CHAINS ROUTE

with complete scrapers for AM-50 heading machine:
18x64 chains - grade FAS-UT type or FAS-US type

Chain routes with two lengths for scraper conveyors AM-50 type heading machines are manufactured mainly in segments of the length 177 links = 11,328 meters with 18x64 wear resistant chains of class „U” (technical FAS-UT type, special FAS-US type) of specially selected lengths and tolerances.
There are wear-resistant scrapers assembled with forged clamps and self-locking nuts in the route. Chains are manufactured of the steel grade acc. to DIN 17115.

Chain routes with two lengths for AM-75 heading machines are manufactured mainly in segments of the length 95 links = 6127,5 millimeters with 19x64,5 acc. to DIN 22252 and wear-resistant scrapers.

Two chains routes for slag traps and other scraper conveyors used in power industry are manufactured mainly in segments of 5 or 7 links of 24x86 chains matched in pairs – grade U (FAS-UT type or FAS-US type). Chains and wear-resistant scraper bars are assembled with 24x86 locks.

CHAIN ASSEMBLIES WITH ONE, TWO, THREE AND MORE CHAIN ROUTES
with scraper bars according to individual documentation and individual order for conveyors working in mining, heat engineering, agriculture, power industry, metallurgy and other industry sectors.
Scraper bars for high wear conditions can be additionally hardened by plasma pad welding. Pad welded scraper bars have higher wear and corrosion resistance in comparison with traditional scraper bars.
According to a customer’s technical project and requirements, traditional, hardened or case-hardened chains can be used with all types of chain routes.
